On September 3, in Tskhinval, a memorial action took place at the Cathedral Square near the Church of the Nativity of the Blessing Virgin Marry, in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in Beslan.
The event was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev along with employees of the Ministry.
Those present honored the memory of the innocent victims with a moment of silence and laid flowers, toys and water at the “Sorrowing Angel” monument.
In memory of the deceased, 334 white balloons were traditionally released into the sky.
Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also participate in mourning events in Beslan.
