On 4 September, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Elbakiev.
During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of further development of traditionally friendly South Ossetian-Abkhaz relations.
