Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua on the occasion of his birthday.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“As an outstanding statesman, an experienced diplomat, a true patriot and citizen of your country, you have been investing your knowledge, skills and forces in defense of national interests of Nicaragua at international arena. You high professionalism, respect for your nation and its history are reflected in a responsible and consisted implementation of multifaced tasks set for the foreign ministry.
Honorable Minister, I am convinced that thanks for your constant personal attention to the issues of the bilateral cooperation, the relations between South Ossetia and Nicaragua will further deepen and develop in the spirit of alliance, solidarity and strategic partnership.”
