The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov on the occasion of Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
The message, in particular, states:
"The Constitution of the Russian Federation united the people of Russia, regardless of nationality, religion and beliefs, into a single civil community, embodying centuries-old aspirations for peace, creation and development.
Today, based on constitutional principles, Russia continues to build a strong and just state, protecting the inviolable rights and freedoms of citizens, preserving traditions and multiplying the achievements of previous generations."
