The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic o Abkhazia on the occasion of the Victory and Independence Day of the Republic of Abkhazia.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“The date of September 30, 1993 leads us to recall with the deepest reverence the turning point in the modern history of Abkhazia. The unwavering will and heroism shown by the people of Apsny not only brought freedom, but also laid the indestructible foundation for statehood based on courage, self-sacrifice and true patriotism. Today Abkhazia is confidently and consistently strengthening its sovereignty, demonstrating sustainable social and economic growth. The achieved stability and dynamic development of the Republic are the visible embodiment of the triumph of the historical justice.”
