Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A. M. Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia O. M. Bartsits on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Abkhazia.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“The fateful document, which was adopted during the period the formation of the statehood, laid a solid foundation for the Abkhaz independence and sovereignty, became a legal embodiment of the will of the Abkhaz people to develop freely and determined the vector of the state’s progressive development.
As a reliable guarantee of stability, territorial integrity and protection of the Abkhaz national interests, the Constitution has been obtaining special significance at the background of modern international realities. Today the Republic demonstrates stability of its institutions and follows the constructive path towards strengthening its positions at global arena.”
